International airports Cracov and Katowice are approximately a two-hour drive away. The organizer can provide transfers for athletes before and after the competition. The schedule can be adjusted to the athletes. The cost of one transfer is approximately 120 EUR per team.

Poland and Slovakia are members of the European Union and the Schengen Area. Citizens of other Schengen countries don’t need to present any documents when crossing the border, however, the organizer recommends carrying ID or passport. Additionally, temporary border controls may be introduced, for example, due to illegal immigration.
Citizens of other countries should check what documents are required for them to cross the borders of Poland and Slovakia. The organizer recommends contacting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic, or the relevant local consulates or embassies of Poland and the Slovak Republic for information regarding this matter.

The traffic rules in Poland and Slovakia do not differ significantly from those commonly applied in other European Union countries.
In Poland, the vast majority of roads ae toll-free. There are only a few toll sections on highways, and the toll can be paid at the beginning of the respective section.
In Slovakia, all highways and expressways are tolled. You can purchase a vignette online, at border crossings, or at fuel stations. In 2023, the vignette costs 12 EUR for 10 days or 17 EUR for a month.

In Poland, the currency is the Polish Zloty (PLN). 1 EUR is approximately equal to 4.30 PLN.
In Slovakia, the currency is the euro (EUR).
You cannot use other currencies for payments in both countries.
Both Poland and Slovakia have a dense network of ATMs, as well as banks and currency exchange offices where you can exchange currencies.
Card payments are accepted almost everywhere, with some exceptions being certain mountain shelters in Slovakia. However, it’s a good idea to have some small amounts of cash on hand.
