- Arrival of teams to the base, airport transfers, and team accommodation. 

Sunday (16.06.2024) 
- Arrival of teams to the base, airport transfers, and team accommodation. 
- Registration. 
- During registration, the race book and the overall map will be provided. 
- Race equipment check-up. 
- Photoshoot in race bibs. 
- Drop off – bike boxes and team bags. 
- Race briefing – 6 p.m. 
- Dinner – after race briefing. 

Monday (17.06.2024) 
- Maps and lockdown – from 6 a.m. 
- Breakfast – from 6 a.m. 
- Drop off – bike boxes and team bags – until 9 a.m. 
- Departure to the start – 10 a.m. 
- The final smiles and photos, and then the start – midday. 

Friday (21.06.2024) 
- Finish for the fastest teams. 

Saturday (22.06.2024) 
- The end of the time limit – midday 
- The end of the lateness limit – 4 p.m. 
- Dinner and the award ceremony – in the evening 

Sunday (23.06.2024) 
- Kiss & fly.
