- Arrival of teams to the base and team accommodation.
- Registration. During registration, the race book will be provided.
- Race equipment check-up.
- Photoshoot in race bibs.
- Drop off – bike boxes and team bags.
- Race briefing – 8 p.m.

Friday (21.06.2024)
- Maps and lockdown – from 5 a.m.
- Breakfast – from 5 a.m.
- Drop off – bike boxes and team bags – until 7 a.m.
- Departure to the start – 8 a.m.
- The final smiles and photos, and then the start – 10 a.m.

Saturday (22.06.2024)
- The end of the time limit – 2 p.m.
- The end of the lateness limit – 3 p.m.
- Dinner and the award ceremony – in the evening

Sunday (23.06.2024)
- Kiss & fly.
