• from midday: team registration, mandatory equipment check-up; during registration the road book will be provided
• from midday: official photoshoots in race bibs
• from midday: drop off – bike boxes and team bags
• 6 PM: briefing
• 8 PM: dinner

Monday, June 16th, 2025

• 6 AM: maps providing and lockdown
• from 6 AM: breakfast
• until 8 AM: drop off – bike boxes and team bags
• 10 PM: the final smiles and photos; start

Friday, June 20th, 2025

• early morning: finish of the fastest team

Saturday, June 21st, 2025

• midday: end of the time limit
• 4 PM: end of the late arrival limit
• 4 - 8 PM: dinner for participants
• 8 PM: awards ceremony for the best teams

Sunday, June 22nd, 2025

• By 12 PM: departure from the base
