• shell layer top
• mid layer top
• baselayer top

• beanie or buff
• magnetic compass
• course information and maps (provided by organizer)
• set of punch cards (provided by organizer)
• survival blanket
• first aid kid (contents specified separately)
• cell phone with fully charged battery and app RATUNEK (available at Google Play and AppStore)
• digital camera
• marker

First aid kit equipment:

• pressure bandage – 2 pieces
• triangular bandage – 1 piece
• wound dressing – 4 pieces
• headlamp with the required batteries for each stage – 1 x per competitor
• antihistamine – 4 doses
• anti-diarrhoeal – 4 doses
• medical gloves – 1 piece
