Friday, May 9th, 2025 Arrival of the teams to the base and team accommodation.

• from midday: team registration, mandatory equipment check-up; during registration the road book will be provided
• from 6 PM: maps providing, delivery of competitors' equipment to TA
• 7 PM: briefing
• 8 PM: the final smiles and photos; start

Saturday, May 10th, 2025

• around midday: finish of the fastest team
• 6 PM: end of the time limit
• 8 PM: end of the late arrival limit
• 4 - 9 PM: dinner for participants
• 8 PM: awards ceremony for the best teams

Sunday, May 11th, 2025

• By 12 PM: departure from the base
