  Arrival of the teams to the base, airport transfers, and team accommodation.

• from 2 PM: team registration, mandatory equipment check-up; during registration the road book will be provided
• from 2 PM: official photoshoots in race bibs
• 8 PM: briefing

Friday, May 9th, 2025

• from 6 AM: maps providing, breakfast, delivery of competitors' equipment to TA, and lockdown
• 8 AM: the final smiles and photos; start

Saturday, May 10th, 2025

• around midday: finish of the fastest team
• 6 PM: end of the time limit
• 8 PM: end of the late arrival limit
• 4 - 9 PM: dinner for participants
• 8 PM: awards ceremony for the best teams

Sunday, May 11th, 2025

• By 12 PM: departure from the base
