• from 12:00: official photoshoots in race bibs
• from 12:00: drop off – bike boxes and team bags
• 18:00: briefing
• 20:00: dinner

• 6:00: maps providing and lockdown
• from 6:00: breakfast
• until 10:00: drop off – bike boxes and team bags
• 10:00: shuttle of participants to the start line
• 12:00: the final smiles and photos; start

Friday, June 19th, 2026

• early morning: finish of the fastest team

Saturday, June 20th, 2026

• 12:00: end of the time limit
• 16:00: end of the late arrival limit
• 16:00 - 20:00: dinner for participants
• 20:00: awards ceremony for the best teams
