  Arrival of the teams to the base, airport transfers, and team accommodation.

• from 14:00: team registration, mandatory equipment check-up; during registration the road book will be provided
• from 14:00: official photoshoots in race bibs
• 20:00: briefing

Friday, May 8th, 2026

• from 6:00: maps providing, breakfast, delivery of competitors' equipment to TA, and lockdown
• 8:00: the final smiles and photos; start

Saturday, May 9th, 2026

• around 12:00: finish of the fastest team
• 18:00: end of the time limit
• 20:00: end of the late arrival limit
• 16:00 - 21:00: dinner for participants
• 20:00: awards ceremony for the best teams

Sunday, May 10th, 2026

• By 12:00: departure from the base
