• Date: 16-23.06.2024. Start on Monday 17th of June at midday
• Time limit: 120 hours + 4 extra hours
• Lenght of the course: about 550 km incl. biking about 350 km, trekking about 170 km, water activities about 30 km
• Total elevation gain: about 14.000 m
• Disciplines: MTB, trekking, canoeing, rafting, climbing, orienteering, radio-orienteering (optionally), other special tasks, swimming
• HQ: Willa Zaolzie, Istebna 1837, 43-470 Istebna, Poland, www.willazaolzie.pl
• Start: southern Poland, city of Żywiec
• Area of the race: Poland & Slovakia: Beskidy mountains, Pieniny mountains, Gorce mountains, Spisz, Orawa & Liptów regions
• Teams: only 4-persons mixed teams
